Nancy Scarlett

Chief of Staff

Nancy Scarlett is Chief of Staff at Aristotle Capital and a seasoned investment industry professional. She brings deep expertise in investment operations, risk management and corporate administration across a broad range of asset management environments. 

Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, Nancy served as Managing Director of Operations at Metropolitan West Capital Management, LLC, where she oversaw firmwide operational functions. Earlier in her career, she held senior operations roles at Sutro & Co., Inc. and Palley-Needelman Asset Management, Inc., developing a strong foundation in securities operations, process oversight and organizational infrastructure. 

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.
