Carl Gee

Counsel

Carl Gee is counsel at Aristotle Pacific Capital. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing coverage of legal and regulatory matters relating to the firm’s institutionally focused investment-management business and trade-floor transactions on a global basis. Prior to joining Aristotle Pacific, Carl served as a vice president and counsel at U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, focusing on securities-related legal and regulatory matters involving mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, business development companies, interval funds, and other investment vehicles. He has over nine years of legal experience and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Marquette Intellectual Property & Innovation Law Review.
