Aylon Ben-Shlomo, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Aylon Ben-Shlomo is Chief Executive Officer of Aristotle Capital, a member of the Board of Managers and investment team. He joined Aristotle in 2017 and has worked in the investment industry since 2007.

Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, Aylon was a Portfolio Manager at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). Earlier in his career he was an Analyst at Ivory Investment Management and worked in the Financial Services Audit practice at Deloitte & Touche.

Aylon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a CFA® charterholder and Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of New York. Outside of work, Aylon and his wife are long-suffering happy New York Knicks fans. He is an aspiring golfer and a former sports talk radio host.
