Andrew Shapiro
Senior Vice President, Director of Trading
Andrew (Andy) Shapiro is a Director of Trading at Aristotle Capital and a veteran of securities trading. Having begun in the investment industry in 1986, Andy leads the trading team and is responsible for implementing the decisions of the investment team. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, he was Head of Trading at Metropolitan West Capital Management, LLC. Andy’s prior investment-related experience includes serving as Trading Manager at Palley-Needelman Asset Management, Inc.; Listed Equity Trader at Cantor Fitzgerald & Company; and Floor Broker at Lehman Brothers, Pacific Stock Exchange.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University.
