Aristotle Capital Management, LLC (“Aristotle”) is a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.  We employ a fundamental, bottom-up research process to drive our investments, and offer a selection of U.S. and International equity investment solutions to institutional and high net-worth clients.

On July 1, 2011, through a strategic acquisition by MetWest Ventures, Aristotle was introduced, and ultimately combined with the investment advisory business of Reed, Conner & Birdwell, LLC (“RCB”). RCB began managing assets in 1959 for wealthy individuals and families, and over the years expanded to offer advisory services to institutional clients.  The two firms shared similar investment philosophies and the union of the two successful platforms has created what we believe is an investment management firm with a strong foundation which benefits in many areas including investment research, trading, client service, back office and distribution.
