Corporate Leadership

Each individual in Aristotle’s leadership team has significant experience in the investment advisory industry.  These individuals are embedded throughout our organization leading our investment process, compliance, operations, and client servicing efforts.

Investment Team

Our investment team consists of experienced and insightful individuals who work within an interdependent investment process to construct portfolios for our clients.  Led by Chief Investment Officer Howard Gleicher, our team consists of six members who oversee all Aristotle strategies.

All of our research effort is conducted internally.  Our analysts are experienced at analyzing and valuing companies in all sectors and industries, across all market capitalizations.  The backgrounds of our investment professionals suit our long-term, invest-in-the-entire-business investment approach.

Institutional Advisory & Client Services

Aristotle employs a marketing and client service team that is dedicated to providing exceptional client service.  We believe that we can best serve a client’s investment goals by maintaining open lines of communication.

Operations Team

The Aristotle operations team is responsible for the administration of client portfolios, servicing the clients/consultants associated with these portfolios, and assisting the investment team in various aspects of the investment process.

Trading Team

Our trading desk has responsibility for implementing the investment team’s decisions regarding trade execution and order management for all institutional and private client group portfolios.  Placing importance on technology and in our internal control efforts, we pride ourselves in a straight-forward process enabling swift and compliant trade executions.
