Patrick M. Schussman, CFA, CIMA, AIF*
Patrick Schussman is Managing Director, Head of Advisory Distribution at Aristotle Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, Patrick held many positions in a 20-year career at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms. Most recently, he served in a dual role as the Consulting Group Western Division Director where he ran distribution of the firm’s fee-based advisory business in the Western U.S., and was the Director of Institutional Business Development for Graystone Consulting and the broader institutional consulting business of Morgan Stanley. Prior responsibilities at the firm included heading the Graystone Consulting business, serving as Investment Counselor to the ultra high net worth clients of Citi’s Private Bank, and supporting the managed account business of Financial Advisors as a Divisional Director, Regional Director, and Senior Divisional Analyst with Smith Barney’s Consulting Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Patrick conducted business valuations for privately held companies. He started his professional career at Wilshire Associates Pension Consulting Division, where he worked with some of the nation’s largest public and private pension plans.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from California State University, Northridge, where he was an Elbridge A. Stuart Scholar. He is a CFA® charterholder, CIMA® professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). Patrick is also a member of the CFA Institute, Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and CFA Society of Los Angeles.
Michael B. Carroll, CIMA *
Senior Vice President
Michael Carroll is a Senior Vice President at Aristotle Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, Mike was Executive Director, Leader of Retail Distribution at Arden Asset Management LLC. During his tenure, he led, developed and expanded the national territories and distribution of Hedge Fund-of-Funds products to Wire Houses, RIAs, Regional Banks and Investment Advisors. Prior to Arden, Mike was a Vice President for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ,, Ltd. / High Mark Capital Management, Inc. where he built and expanded the sales and business development strategy to market mutual funds to Wire Houses and Investment Advisors in the New York Metro Region. He also held business development and retail sales positions with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Strong Capital Management and Kemper Funds.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Mechanics from University of Cincinnati. He is a CIMA® professional.
Michael G. Sindici, CFA *
Senior Vice President
Michael Sindici is a Senior Vice President at Aristotle Capital. Prior to Aristotle Capital, Michael was Senior Vice President in Nuveen Investments’ Global Private Client Group responsible for client service and new business development for the RIA and Family Office marketplace in the Western United States. Prior to joining Nuveen, he worked at Lazard Asset Management in the Midwest. Michael previously serviced RIAs and Family Offices in the Northeast for both Nuveen Investments and TCW Investment Management. Beyond his experience in the investment management industry, Michael also investigated white collar crimes as a Special Agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of CFA Institute, CFA Society of San Diego and is a CFA® charterholder.
Thomas P. Kiely *
Thomas Kiely is a Regional Director at Aristotle Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, Tom was a Regional Sales Director at Highland Capital Management and Janus Capital Group. Tom has been building durable sales partnerships for over a decade in the industry, starting at MidAmerican Securities Management Co. where he worked as a Product Analyst & Business Development Specialist.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from University of Iowa’s Tippy School of Business.
William Ellison is an Internal Wholesaler at Aristotle Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Capital, William was Event Director at LA Tennis Challenge; Professional Tennis and Sponsorship Manager at Southern California Tennis Association; and Program Manager at Junior Tennis Champions Center in College Park, MD.
William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environment, Economics and Politics from Claremont McKenna College.
