Aristotle and RCB Merge

We are pleased to announce effective January 1, 2012 that Aristotle Capital Management, LLC (Aristotle) and Reed, Conner & Birdwell (RCB) are officially one firm. This combination of Aristotle and RCB is intended to allow the firm to benefit from a combined operational infrastructure; with the objective of achieving benefits in all areas of the firm including investment research, trading, client service, and distribution. The firm will be called Aristotle Capital Management, LLC; however, we will continue to service our Private Client Group through the Reed, Conner & Birdwell division. With this combination, our new brand conveys our commitment to servicing the needs, and meeting the objectives, of our Institutional and Private Clients.
